This weekend’s football matches took place under beyond cold conditions, testing the mettle of our young athletes. Despite the freezing temperatures, our teams showed remarkable determination and skill.

U9 Green vs. MGYCW Orange
In a spirited game, U9 Green played brilliantly against MGYCW Orange. Jude, the confident captain, led the team admirably. Finn, Darcy, and Zane stood out with their exceptional performances, earning the Best on Ground awards.

U10s
The U10 team, captained by Mo, faced a younger but competitive side. The freezing conditions did not deter their resolve. Riaan, Tom, and Xav were recognized with player awards for their outstanding efforts on the field.

U9 Gold
U9 Gold, led by captain Otis, battled fiercely against the elements. Despite the harsh weather, the team showed great spirit. Jakobe, Charlie, and Otis received awards for their impressive performances.

U12s vs. St. Francis
The U12 team faced the top side, St. Francis, under tough conditions and with a few players out for a basketball skills day. The Chapmans provided strong leadership through a challenging game. Carter, Huddy, and Bailey were the deserving award winners for their commendable efforts.
