This weekend was a challenging one for our junior football teams, with the Under 12’s having a bye and the Under 9’s and Under 10’s battling it out in very wet conditions. Despite the weather, our young athletes showcased their determination and talent on the field.

Under 10’s vs. St Monica’s

Our Under 10’s team faced off against St Monica’s in a thrilling match. Heath led the side as captain, demonstrating strong leadership throughout the game. The team’s effort was commendable, with Jimmy George and Oscar standing out and earning well-deserved awards for their performances.

Under 9 Gold vs. Eaglehawk

The Under 9 Gold team took on Eaglehawk, with Jensen proudly captaining the team. It was a tough match in slippery conditions, but our players gave it their all. Thomas, Jakobe, and Louis were exceptional, each receiving awards for their outstanding play and sportsmanship.

Under 9 Green vs. Kangaroo Flat

The Under 9 Green team had an exhilarating game against Kangaroo Flat. Despite the rain, they played an impressive game, showcasing their skills and teamwork. Jimmy K captained the side with great enthusiasm, and Otis, Charlie, and Jude were recognized as the best on ground for their remarkable contributions.
